Lead Interior Designer

Opening in August of 2015, Bespoke Kitchen is a farm-to-table concept restaurant located in the heart of Manhattan's West Village. 

I was honored to be one of the lead designers on the build and complete restaurant remodel.

We designed the concept from start to finish. Our concept began with Chef Franco Barrio's modern and clean cuisine and the use of locally sourced organic food. 

Our color palette derived organically from seeing his unique plating styles and using that as a jumping point to create a fresh and elegant feel inside the restaurant. 

We made sure to incorporate green elements in as man ways as possible to reflect the element of freshly farmed ingredients, so we built a living breathing terra cotta planter wall filled with lush plants, and also brought in custom artwork to reflect this as well. 

The bar was another focal point for the restaurant, we wanted it to stand out. To achieve this we worked with local craftsmen to build a custom iron work shelving and made sure to decorate the bar with similar plants and decor.

The restaurant is a budding success and patrons enjoy the ambiance and design.
